Diploma thesis documents the development of an art installation from the theoretical foundations, reflections on the perception of glass, light and space, through the research of contemplative spaces, to the concept and realisation of the installation. The result is an installation in the industrial architecture of Zlín, which uses the system of geometric shapes to create spaces intended for observation and contemplation.
It was my pleasure to take part in the European Glass Festival in Wrocław 2019. The TYC ART Gallery provided me with space for my installation in a large window. I intended to use the installation to create interactions between passers-by and people in the gallery.
Subjects of my art installations are cylinders which served as an antenna at tower. Through projection and light I transmit from antennas art/abstract messages. The same cylinders I have used for many different installations. This installation was created especially for Zlin Design Week 2019.
